CNC machine： our quipmentis is top machine like Roeders, Exeron, AIGESUO,GF Mikron. purchased 8 sets of top level of local brand Beijing Jingdiao CNC machines in 2019 and now we have total 30 sets of precision CNC machines which can achieve the tolerance as 0.002 mm. The rotation speed of Roeders is 42000 rpm and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.005 ( highest finish, mirror finish), namely Ry-um0.5 (VDI 0).
